RETURN & REFUND
Returns do not apply to any orders due to the jewelry being significantly customized according to the customer's specifications.
If you're unhappy with the engraving, please submit a Replacement Request. We'll check to see if you submitted a photo that follows our photo guidelines. If you didn't follow our guides we're afraid it's likely we can't help you. If you did follow the guide and it's clear we missed something, we'll correct it and send you a replacement.
24-Hours Cancellation/Modification Period
To cancel or modify your order you must notify us within 24 hours from when the order was placed.
Refunds (if applicable)
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first contact us within 7 days of receiving the products by submitting a complain with pictures of the item. Once we've reviewed your case, we will determine if we will ship out a replacement or issue you a refund.
The estimated delivery times are based on recent previous deliveries and are not a guarantee for future orders. We always try to make sure that the shipping process works as smoothly as possible, but we do not guarantee that we will finalize the delivery within the listed time frames.
FedEx Express fee is non-refundable. Failed delivery requires $14 USD re-shipping fee.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Seniority Store will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. If it's clear your shipment wasn't delivered to you, we will re-manufacture your order and ship it again.
